Creative Director
Kayla has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State (Go Green!), was a member of the United States Army Reserves, and currently works in the investigative field.
Kayla has started and operated three small businesses in the last ten years. She has extensive graphic design and business operations experience. Kayla is the Co-Founder of Little Minds Big Changes Publishing Company and a Co-Author of the children’s book, ‘What is Privilege?’ She is co-authoring 9 other titles launching in 2022 and beyond.
Ashley Gooding
Digital Director
Ashley works full-time as a data analyst. She has a bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting & Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!).
Ashley has started and operated five small businesses in the last ten years. She is a former auditor and accountant, and has extensive small business bookkeeping and tax experience. Ashley is the Co-Founder of Little Minds Big Changes Publishing Company and a Co-Author of the children’s book, ‘What is Privilege?’ She is co-authoring 9 other titles launching in 2022 and beyond.
